Aloha COE students,
We are looking for students who would be interested in serving as a Peer Mentor to new College of Education freshmen or current COE students needing some peer advice and guidance next academic year 2019-2020. The commitment for this mentoring opportunity is minimal and will require attendance for a half day training session in August (prior to the start of fall semester) and at least 8-10 hours during each semester which includes meeting times with your mentee(s) and a possible mid-semester update/training workshop. This is a great chance to help out your fellow students and assist new freshmen to adjust to university life and provide tips on the education or KRS programs in the college. The experience can also help you develop your own skills as well! Please fill out the application form if you are interested, https://forms.gle/4i8Q3NgogBqxg5zx8 by Friday, May 31, 2019.
